Every donation helps us provide mental health support, advice and connection for neurodivergent people - before crisis point.

Right now, 80% of people with ADHD in the UK remain undiagnosed and untreated, over 130,000 people are waiting for an autism assessment, and only 30% of mental health staff feel there are enough resources to do their job properly.

One-off donations

A single contribution supports our work right now.

Regular donations help us plan ahead and provide consistent support.

£300Allows us to open our peer support community to another 500 people.
£500Covers our core running costs for one month, including website hosting, insurance and regulatory costs.
£1,500Allows us to map local services, contact MPs, and distribute information to GP surgeries in a region.
£3,000Funds the development of one of our planned digital tools for crisis support.
£5,000Could fund a comprehensive community research survey and report.
£10,000Could fund a year of our Ask a Counsellor service.
