You can find neurobetter on the following social media platforms. We use these spaces to share updates, raise awareness about neurodiversity and mental health, and connect with people who care about the same things we do.

Why we are not on X
neurobetter is not active on X (formerly Twitter). We made this decision because we did not feel the platform was the right environment for the kind of conversations we want to have, or for the people we exist to support.
We regularly review which platforms we use and may revisit this in the future.
How we use social media
Our social media presence is an extension of our wider work. We use it to:
- share content from the Advice Hub and our blog
- raise awareness of neurodiversity and mental health topics
- highlight research and evidence that our community may find useful
- connect with other organisations, researchers and advocates
We do not use social media to provide individual advice, clinical guidance, or crisis support.
Social media is not a support service
If you are struggling with your mental health, please do not rely on social media for support. Visit our Get Help Now page for signposting to crisis and support services, or explore the Advice Hub for information and resources.
Getting in touch
If you would like to contact us, the best way is through our contact page or by emailing team@neurobetter.org. We may not always be able to respond to social media messages promptly.
